La struttura è a circa 1 km dal centro storico di Sperlonga e si può percorrere a piedi la distanza andata / ritorno. C'è il servizio navetta gratuito da e per la spiaggia del residence che cmq costa 20€/giorno. Sulla spiaggia non ci sono servizi igienici. L'ambiente è molto datato e completamente disadorno, in dotazione vengono dati gli asciugamani (in tela) e basta. Quando siamo arrivati non c'era...
