It had sharp turns and no handrails. It feels like it was not yet finished being constructed. There is a kitchen and there were coffee and burners but no cups larger than espresso cups and no pans. "My wife and I enjoyed a lovely stay in Formia. The beach is superb and the location is good for exploring Lazio and Campania by car. The property is comfortable and well equipped and Valeria, the host, is most attentive and helpful. Formia, itself, is an interesting town but visits to Naples, Amalfi, Sorrento, Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Casserta and Gaeta are all possible and worth doing. Taking the train from Formia to Naples is a recommendation rather than using the car."
