Here are some thoughta for anyone considering it as well The location is excellent, on a quiet side street only a minute from the waterfront road where we were able to leave our car. It was also close to shops and about a 15 min walk to the old town where most of the restaurants are. We tried Sfizi & Delizie and loved the food and the entertaining owner. "The suite is dated (older) and a little cultured, otherwise, it met our needs. The family was very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed meeting them and visiting."

"The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....
