"When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. The problem was that this was nowhere near the sea. Rather than 20 steps, it was an hour's walk away on mean suburban roads largely without sidewalks. The switch in location also caused headaches for a taxi pick-up to the airport that had already been arranged for the...

"We are was unhappy and disappointed ! Pictures whispering Us that , this is separated property , however this is just part of the Villa yard , and Smell like was in a cellar ,The bed and duvet, was unfresh , has not TV , missed light in the bathromm light, aircondition was broken dosen't worked properly, the Wifi signal dosen't worked inside the building , and finaly We got hidden charge !!!!"

"This host is lazy at best and deceptive at worst. I've never written a negative review before but here we go: - I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc). "Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und Land und Leute kennengelernt... Das Objekt ist über zwei Stufen zugänglich, groß und hatte alles was wir benötigten. Latina liegt abseits der großen Touristenströme und ist eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Der Strand ist traumhaft und mit dem Auto in 10 min zu erreichen. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie lecketen Osterias und Restaurants in Latina."
