"Such a cute little place! Very clean and has everything you need! A great value! Host is very quick to respond to messages and very friendly."

"A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!"

"The after hour check in process was smooth. Location is perfect. My only complaint is that I had an early flight the following day and couldn’t spend more time there."

"Clean room and the staff are very friendly and helpful "

"Really nice stay. "

"Overall good stay, very clean, water provided daily, coffee machine available, easy access and simple to follow entering procedure and a spare charger - which was a life saver "
