"We stayed at this hotel pre and post cruise. It is very good for a local flavour of the area. The breakfasts are good with lots of variety. The ship transfer and airport pick up/drop off are convenient and quite reasonable, although not all drivers are helpful with the luggage."

"A great location in a charming town. We have never stayed in Civitavecchia, and we were pleasantly surprised. The owner met us just outside the entrance and was super friendly and helpful. He recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby and even walked us most of the way there to make sure we found it. The room was lovely (and cool) which was greatly appreciated since the weather was quite warm. We would stay here again."

"The location of 7 Bell’s House is excellent, close to the port shuttle snd many restaurants. The room we booked was Leandra and was on the terrace side. The bed was large and comfortable. We were not impressed by the shower stall, which was really tiny. The whole sink faucet was not anchored to the sink. I think, as well, there can be more attention to cleaning…there was hair in the sink, mildew in the shower, and a mound of dust/dirt under the bed. We did enjoy the terrace and the breakfast was very good, with staff making lattes and espresso for us as needed. The staff were very polite and helpful. We will definitely stay at 7 Bell’s House again, and hope that this review will encourage them to make changes to their cleaning level."

"This b&b is a gem…if you’re like me and wary of booking something unknown, do not hesitate…this b&b is an apartment transformed into a homey, lovely, welcoming home. It is equipped with everything you need - don’t need converters, hair dryers or curling irons…they have it all - fully stocked kitchen is open to guests as if they were in their own home…Loris and Amara are beyond helpful - they arranged pick up at the airport as well as transport to the port - and the city is worth roaming around - read about it before you come…you won’t be disappointed !"
