"When we arrived Stefano and this wonderful lady got our bags and wouldn't let us assist in carrying up our luggage. The bldg was very safe and had 2 separate locked entrances where u were secure with the people who were booked at the hotel. Right near everything. You can walk to the port, but for a fee Stefano will get u a cab. The room was cozy and quaint, clean and I loved the open shutter windows where you can look outside. First time in Italy and his hospitality sealed the deal before our cruise. Would recommend."

"The hotel is small and clean breakfast not much selection, but the best part is travel from Rome , or Rome international airport just need one transfer and that will take you right to S.Marinella and the hotel is one minute from the station. The hotel is basic. But from Rome or international airport only cost about 11.10 Eu And next day just take the train to Civitavecchia about 1.10 EU, and take the shuttle bus only 6 EU Right to the terminal before you get on the bus, tell The Driver, which cruise ship you are going on, because the price of the taxi is quite expensive"

"Andrea was nist helpful from helping with our luggage when we arrived, recommending local places for us to visit while we waited for our room to be ready, to sending us a message notifying of our room status. He made the visit very stress free. We stayed one night in a family suite and it was suitable for our needs. 2 baths and enough space for my family of 4 to stretch out. It is conveniently located near several eateries. The shuttle to the cruise port was timely. I'd book again when back in the area"
