A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!

Everything spotless and very clean

A hidden gem, an small boutique hotel in the old centre. Great walking, brekkie tasty with an amazing view. Would love to be there in warmer weather to enjoy the back gardens! They register your car license as you have to drive into a controlled area, with secured parking thru their gates. A great sleep!!! Would like to visit longer 😊

The couple who run Ottantotto went out of their way to make my stay in Viterbo most pleasant. The room was quiet and spacious, the breakfasts were good, and their restaurant recommendations were numerous and close by. A great stay.

The experience was amazing. The host Roberto was outstanding in helping us with a late check-in - and provided clear directions on the room amenities. His wife and he prepared a delicious and sumptuous breakfast. Overall, a great treat in Tuscany! Highly recommend!

Staff was very responsive. Room was clean, there were treats and snacks in the room. Close to restaurants. Secure and easy to find.

This was the perfect stay for Italy. The building has so much historical charm, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, everything was clean and maintained, and the grounds are beautiful. I am so glad we experienced this place on our vacation!!!!

Beautiful room with exposed brick wall and feature lighting. Nice bathroom with large rainfall shower head. Serene room with comfortable bed. The room is very quiet even though there is a busy piazza with plenty of restaurants and activity nearby. Easy to access free parking nearby with an elevator taking you up to the city center, only about 8 minute walk to the lodging. Very welcoming, helpful host.
