"The weather is hot now so having a clean, comfy room with air con was definitely needed and provided. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel so can not speak about the pool or anything else the hotel has to offer. I can say the breakfast was very nice and the the hotel and grounds are very well kept. "What a great place this is. We were looking for somewhere outside of Rome to be able to go to the beaches-coast and wineries and not too far south and clean, this place checked all the boxes. The hosts were very welcoming and kind and the property is gorgeous. (You'd need a vehicle to stay here). They have recommended restaurants near by and fast wifi. "We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. "

"We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."
