"The hotel staff were amazing! There was a min up with my reservation but they accommodated me. Their warmth, help and kindness added so much to my stay in Bergen. They provided lots of advice. Only this is, shampoo and conditioner weren’t provided but I had my own."

"Love the location. Great rate. Very simple but clean. The only thing that might throw people is the shower and bathroom are all open. No shower door. Staff was very helpful we were trying to track down a place to get a passport photo done and the front office girl told us that we could get it done at the Oslo airport where we were flying(she was correct). Also had a computer so we could print out documentation."

"Great location. We were within walking distance to many of the tourist hot spots. We didn’t need to use the transit since everything was so close by. Checking in and out was all self-serve with easy-to-use kiosks. The room was quiet and very clean."
