"Amazing time…. Beautiful building…. Single knock on anything is it’s an older building so lacks automatic doors and things of that sort. But staff was friendly and courteous, dinner and breakfast provided great choices. Would come back."

"TV not working properly during our stay and no maintenance was working on site overnight so no one could fix it. Staff was not very pleasant about us having a dog, even though the place is “pet-friendly.” Bathroom floor was very sticky. We have a crawling baby so I notice things like that. "Visibly the hotel looks pretty nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because I was going to be in the area for spring break and it had a swimming pool which unfortunately I found out at check-in, that the pool was down for maintenance. Some type of a disclaimer or posting on the website or in confirmation emails regarding this would’ve been nice. The room itself was clean and nice, but the plumbing not so much. The sink had no hot water. The shower faucet had a constant drip, and the whole thing was shaking with inside the wall. The sink also had a very slow drain to it. I did inform the woman at the front desk at checkout of these issues, and she said that she would notify the manager and have them contact me which no one ever did. As I was walking out with my kids, there was a gentleman mopping the floor, and wasn’t too pleased that we walked on his wet floor as we were walking out. To some degree, I can understand his frustration but at the same time I would not be mopping the floor, literally at the busiest time of the day which would be checkout time. There wasn’t exactly anywhere else for me to walk either. Breakfast was…. Meh "

"By the airport. Easy walk over to the train from the airport to downtown. Staff were very nice and helpful. Nice morning complimentary breakfast. Princess complaint is the shower had mold in the corners of it and the pressure is weak. Other than that a very good option to save some money and still have a nice stay. "
