"The property has good bones, but it looks like a maintenance team has not touched it for the past 2 years. The pool was clean, but the area surrounding it had no chairs and appeared to be under construction. There was a used toilet brush on the stairs leading up to the pool, the light fixture in the seating area was visibly sparking. In the room, sheets were stained and A/C did not work.
