The hotel was very clean and our 2 apt complex lovely. What I would note is the bright light from the streetlight outside our villa shone straight onto my pillow which meant I couldn’t sleep on that side. Also there is a large building site next door, which wasn’t noisy other than the odd truck going up and down - we hadn’t been told about the building works. But it was ok for us though it may get busier. Staff very helpful and lovely. Free shuttle to run you around Nusa Dua which was great. Beach club was nice. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and dinner was reasonably priced compared to the rest of Nusa Dua. Over all beautiful accommodation and service.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly - restaurant and kids club staff were lovely! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a whole range of delicious food - something for everyone. We had a pool access room which was fantastic - the pool was great, it had a slide for kids and a couple of pool bars that meant it was easy to slide up for cheeky drink every now and again. The beach club (across the road - though you won’t notice it) was great, the pools there were excellent, with the food and drink offerings just as good as the rest of the resort - the Japanese was excellent! Movie night for kids is also held at the beach club and it was a lovely setting for the kids to settle down whilst the parents had a chilled dinner nearby.

This is an incredible nature reserve resort. Takes your breath away with how authentic it feels. The staff for absolutely wonderful and can’t do enough to make you feel at home. Unusual and takes a while to decompress to the style but once you’re in it you don’t want to leave. The more it unfolds and more beautiful it becomes and the longer you want to be there in that quiet state.

My wife and I had such an amazing time at the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff, omg, everyone was so kind and helpful, 10 🌟 to the staff. The food was plated beautifully, Everything we ate was delicious. I highly recommend them, it's truly an amazing experience, to stay there. Can wait to go back🇮🇩🙏
