"I liked everything but not a location"

"Lovely hotel with free open carpark. Our room was a business room, it had a microwave, sink and fridge along with a work surface to sit out. It was very compact but lovely and updated - extra bonus was plug sockets next to the bed! We didn’t have breakfast here but Very very happy with the hotel. "The property was really great and Ratingen is a lovely place. Only thing for me was I asked for an extra pillow 5 times and still didn’t get one. I might be being picky though to be fair. Other than that it was great."

"This was upto usual Holiday Inn standard, all the facilities needed for a business trip. Only had 1 issue which was paying for parking and leaving. Machine broken but a very helpful attendant did get us out with minimal fuss."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was clean. Had booked through Expedia where it says check-in is at noon but when we arrived were told it was 2. Apparently this has not been updated on Expedia. They went out of our their way to make sure our room was priority to be cleaned and we were in by 12:15. Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but did the job."
