"A lot of potential and room for improvement. When staying with my partner and son the road is very bumpy and it’s a long drive from the main road so have a car handy. The staff need training in customer service as well. When we ordered dinner there were things on the menu that weren’t available and they charge $12 for 1L of water. The pool wasn’t cleaned. There were plumbing issues as well as from out bathroom to outside hallway smelt like sewage and waste. Breakfast said it started at 7 however...

"Great beach to swim, the restaurant offers great food , however the check in process was a little bit not what I expected, they never offer us password for wifi, told us that we have to wait after 2 for check in, they accomodate us at 3, communication with staff was poor, I think they are trying to run a restaurant and do a lot of things at the same time, we run out of toilet paper just in one day,no one noticed it and clean our room, overall price of accommodation related to service is not good"

A large estate, 1.7miles up a very pretty, good side road. 40 minutes slow drive to Apia but the journey is so delightful that’s no problem. Car necessary. Lovely view. Great c.25 metre lap pool, tennis court. Large comfy bed. WiFi. Paul and Joan are very responsive. Nice breakfast, good value, on request. Friendly, happy, laid...

"Loved how clean the property was. Carparking was small and hard to get out of due to having to reverse. Upon check in, I was asked for payment when I had already paid online via Expedia, staff member asked for a receipt as proof of this, would have thought this should had been updated on their system already.
