"El personal muy amable tanto en el área de recepción, maleteros, meseros y seguridad. El único inconveniente el aire acondicionado del lado de la sala de nuestra habitación no servía. Esos detalles hay q mejorarlos, como comentario constructivo la luminaria de la playa Artisan fundida creo q deberían de arreglarla junto con focos decorativos de los tipis y en ciertas zonas pintura."

"The hotel is in a great location (just a block from the Zocalo with lots of food options) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had taken the overnight bus in from Mexico City, and when we showed up at 6am to ask them to hold our luggage, not only did they agree but let us check in several hours early once the room was ready. The room wasn't fancy, but it had everything we needed (AC, wifi, hot water, etc) and the place was clean. All around, a pleasant stay! "

"The room has a charm but desperately needs some maintanence. The walls were moldy, and chips of paint were falling off. The furniture was so simple that I would rather throw it away. The street can get noisy. On top of it, the staff at the reception desk watches the TV too loudly. The male staff should have a more hospitable manner; the ladies were very mannerly.
