"I had trouble with the reception about the pickup point from the MXP Train station. The instructions were fuzzy at best. The shuttle was prompt and efficient. Book your return to airport as quickly as possible because they time in 30” intervals. The property itself was a 3-star property with the attention of a typical family owned establishment. The restaurant was good. The handicapped room was adequate but the shower area could be improved. "

"Great location!!! Right in front of Lake Como. Amazing views and very convenient as there's a bus stop and a boat stop within 20 meters of the lobby. We noticed the hotel bar was always full of people singing and having a good time, although patrons here are mostly over 60 years old, they all seem to have a great attitude! Dinner served at the hotel restaurant on our first night was a giant disappointment. It was so horrendous that we decided to skip all meals here, even though we had paid extra...

They need to help guests arriving by car a little, my navi did nor recognise that many streets are pedestrian. Best approach is head to the cathedral, along the train tracks, and turn left by the cathedral. "

"Very nice staff in fairly nice hotel but for the price it’s fantastic. It’s near the train station and a lot of people hanging around and church bells ringing in the morning but the beds comfortable although showers and bathrooms are quite small."
