"This is describes as a resort.. it is not. They share a pool area with the embassy suites next door. Everything here was a hassle.. from trying to reach the front desk, to parking, even down to getting towels. Nothing here is relaxing. The overall vibe is low-end, out dated, and loud. Not one thing here could be describes and nice, relaxing, or luxurious. We booked for 4 nights and left after 2. I didn't care about the money lost. It was worth it to leave and head east to the much nicer Hyatt Regency. Would not recommend this hotel. "

"Had such a lovely time! Staff was very friendly and helpful and informative of the amenities and of things to do in the area. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was great and we appreciated the vouchers to get a discount off of our meals. Will definitely be back as my partner enjoyed the gym and we both enjoyed the pool area as well !"
