"Camera spaziosa, il bagno poteva essere pulito meglio ma comunque molto dignitoso, sono io con standard forse troppo elevati.
Camera in un appartamento a una cinquantina di metri dall’hotel, in condominio abbastanza trascurato. Posizione top
Colazione in un bar lì vicino, senza infamia e senza lode. Nel complesso tutto positivo"
"Accepted clean hotel. Very bad breakfast with no food &very poor quality.the elevator is not working & no pellman after 8 oclock which so annoying with no elevator the hotel is near to metro &train station about 10 ms walk & near to commercials & fatican"
"It was a great stay, good location, view, and within close proximity to luxury shopping , pharmacy and other restaurants. Short walking distance to Spanish Steps and hop on hop off transportation. Well recommended! Would stay here again!"
"Not too happy about this accommodation. The check-in staff seemed to have an attitude and did appear very friendly. One of them even asked me to go back out to the entrance and close the main door after us. We were juggling 9 suitcases and had left the door open, but isn’t that their job? The room had an old charm but our bathroom was extremely small and had a broken shower. This was a last minute booking that turned out to be expensive considering the value of the place. I will steer clear on...
"This hotel was a perfect experience. Excellent location in front of the Pantheon, everything is walkable from the hotel. The staff were kind and patient and arranged any transportation we needed. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again."
"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Smeraldo. The location was excellent, the staff were very helpful and accommodating and we made good use of the rooftop bar. We would stay there again."
"The location is ideal to many important sites. The breakfast doesn’t begin till 730am and it’s too late if you want to get any earlier start. We had breakfast on our last day and it was very clean and delicious.
Draw backs are the location is a bit hidden to find. They give you three key fobs (room door, elevator, outside door) which is not ideal to carry. On our last night we didn’t have any hot water I our room. The AC was also a bit on the noisy side."
