"Couple for 1 week and see around Pucon & Villarica! The Hotel was fine in the center of town! I was here 20 years ago when is was the Gran Hotel Pucon. Enjoy is making the hotel grand again, slowly but steady my Room 422 was spectacular with lake view! Yes definitely would come back!! Ahh break fast was adequate and need improvement "

O quarto é extremamente pequeno, mal dá para caminhar em volta da cama, cuidando para não se machucar. Não tem onde colocar as malas, não tem TV, não tem nem uma cadeira para sentar, muito menos aquela mesinha com duas cadeiras que mostra na foto do quarto standar, não têm sequer um copo para tomar água.
