Sébastien Lecouffe, the manager was friendly and helpful. A great stay while visiting the Lille xmas market, which was a quick 15 minute Uber journey away."

"We were a bit confused initially when we arrived in an out of town shopping zone. The hotel facilities were excellent but I felt that the staff were keen for us to finish our lovely meal. We had arrived in the restaurant at 20.30 and had been reassured that we were welcome. Maybe I've misread things but I did get a vibe that staff would prefer if we finished sooner rather than later."
