"We selected this hotel for a one night stopover as it was very close to the motorway, had free parking and a reasonably priced breakfast. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. A very comfortable bed, decent shower and a kettle plus adequate supply of tea and coffee. Breakfast was exceptional. All high quality products. Freshly squeezed orange juice, a good selection of bread and pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, bacon, sausages, eggs, etc. The staff were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay there again."

The room absolutely stank of smoke, the bathroom sinks had burn marks all over them, the door to the bathroom was broken and wouldn’t close, the taps and shower were rusty, the plastic shower floor was cracked, the whole thing was just falling to pieces. It was cheap but unacceptably poor accommodation and it didn’t feel particularly safe with our children either. Dodgy motel vibes. "
