The bed was very comfortable with a bolster, two pillows and a decorative cushion per person, the most pillows we've ever encountered in France! Despite Cherbourg undergoing significant utility and road revamping, it made little impact in the hotel. Free parking was easily available within a few minutes walk 😀"

"There was a hurricane this day, not VVF's fault indeed. Quite a few things might have gone better though : We arrived at 4:15pm and the reception was supposed to be closed. Fortunately, someone (friendly) was there to help. However, the room was not ready until after 5pm. The parking is far from most cottages and we had to walk under the torrential rain & wind :-( No soap in the cottage. And other details which are unsettling for a hotel but probably okay for a summer rental. Like no...
