Modernes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Finessen, wie elektrische Rolläden und ebenso elektrisch einstellbarer Sonnenschutz der Terrassenüberdachung. Traumhafte Dünenlandschaft und feiner Sandstrand in fußläufiger Nähe. Und der Strand war zu keiner Zeit überlaufen oder voll. Tipp: Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte trotzdem fahren. Ziemliches Gefälle. Aber Parkplatz ist nah dran. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 6 Minuten mit dem Wagen. Die Nachbarshunde haben auf unseren mit ziemlichen Radau reagiert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir haben das Haus schon zum 2. Mal gebucht und uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Die ruhige Lage in Strandnähe und abseits vom Trubel ist genau das, was wir gesucht haben! Der sehr nette Vermieter ist total unkompliziert. An- und Abreise sehr angenehm kontaktlos.

Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits, à 3 (couple avec notre fils). Gîte bien placé pour découvrir les grandes plages de sable du Cotentin. Gîte bien équipé et neuf. Terrasse agréable et jardin clos très appréciable avec notre chien. Un peu de vis-à-vis et à côté du parc pour les enfants.

Depuis le début la communication était parfaite et tout était fait pour nous simplifier le séjour. Les lits faits ( literie impeccable ), les ustensibles de cuisine en conformité avec le descriptif. Les pièces confortables y compris la terrasse mais comme le temps était superbe, nous avons profité des plages et des restaurants locaux. Séjour inoubliable de la part de tous ! Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour. La maison est tout bonnement géniale. Tout est vraiment bien pensé, agencé et équipé. Rien ne manque. Le propriétaire a, j'imagine, conçu ce bien comme s'il devait l'habiter. C'est vraiment un sans faute !! La région est très sauvage et pousse à la balade. La dunes sont attenantes et la plage immense un rien plus loin.

Zuerst müssen wir erwähnen das die Fragen die wir dem Vermieter gestellt haben prompt und super freundlich beantwortet wurden. Auch die Frage ob wir eventuell 1 Stunde früher zum Haus könnten weil wir den Verkehr schlecht einschätzen konnten wurde sofort beantwortet mit den Worten wir sollen uns keine Sorgen machen und natürlich würde das gehen. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit einem Kasten an der Hauswand war total klasse weil man nach der doch sehr langen Fahrt keine Umwege mehr machen musste! Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider war in der Küche in einem Schrank noch gekochter Reis und der Kühlschrank roch etwas. Das war aber auch alles. Die Betten und auch alles andere waren sauber und nicht die Spur abgenutzt. Das Highlight war die Überdachung und die Seitenwände auf der Terrasse. Gleich gemerkt für zuhause😅 Die Umgebung ist sehr sehr ländlich. Wer zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad an den Strand möchte oder einkaufen (Brötchen etc.) muss wirklich eine sehr gute Kondition haben . Die Berge waren echt steil und zum einkaufen war es doch ein Stück. Dafür ist das türkis klare Meer direkt um die Ecke und nach dem Berg runter ein echter Genuss. Wer shoppen möchte oder viel sehen und erleben ist zwingend auf ein Auto angewiesen. Gewünscht hätten wir uns noch tiefe Teller und einige Küchenutensilien. Dringend erneuert werden muss der Wäscheständer der unter eine Maschine Wäsche zusammenklappt. Es war super schön und alle waren äußerst freundlich trotz Sprachbarrieren.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt - sowohl in dem Haus als auch in der schönen Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt in einer ganz neuen, ruhigen Siedlung mit mehreren Ferienhäusern. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vollkommen problemlos. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Bis zum wunderschönen (fast einsamen) Strand fährt man unter 2 km mit dem Auto (Laufen ginge auch, wenn man fit ist und den Berg rauf- und runtergehen kann). Die Dünen sind endlos und laden zum Wandern ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in diesem modern eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Alles hat perfekt geklappt und gestimmt - von den Informationen auf der Anbieter-Website, die unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation, bis hin zur Abreise. Die Ausstattung läßt so gut wie keine Wünsche offen. Es war sauber, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und stundenlange Spaziergänge vom Haus aus möglich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

La maison est bien meublée et bien équipée, avec beaucoup plus de vaisselle qu'habituellement dans les locations. La décoration est chaleureuse. La literie est très bonne et c'était très calme autour (en février), nous avons bien dormi. Il y a une jolie terrasse en bois et un petit jardin clos, idéal si on a un chien. On accéde à pied aux dunes d'Hattainville dans un décor resté assez sauvage puis à la mer en une vingtaine de minutes. A recommander donc.
