"The staff was really nice, especially Joy in the breakfast room, and, at the front desk, Nathalie, Anthony and a very nice brown-haired lady whose name I should have asked for. She was working at the reception on Thursday evening (May 21st). It's always the people who make the difference, and these people obviously care for the customers.
