"The location was good but very difficult to reach the place with car due to traffic restrictions. There were no toiletries provided. No room service and food in the restaurant was very oily and unhealthy."

"We came in the room and it was dirty and looks like it had not been cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty as well and towels were not clean. Bedsheets were not washed and there were random hairs on the sheet. The food was not seasoned and we had to order it 3 times. The lights went off twice and were many disturbing sounds playing at night. "

"Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. "

They said they have received no booking information from Hotels.com. More than 1 hour my time wasted their and after that Hotels.com arrange other hotel for me but the 2nd one hotel is poor. I have no option to take that. Never book hotel on hotels.com"
