"The couch was broken and not usable. The washing machine really didn't clean the clothes well, very musty smell coming from the machine and kitchen sink. Was not able to put detergent in properly because washing machine was installed improperly. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed in one of the bedrooms. Something might have died in the wall because it smelled very badly. Plates/pans and utensils had to be washed before use. The wire to hair dryer was frayed. All this for $462...

"The place was filthy dirty. It had garbage bags on the windows. Cobwebs all over, kitchen was a total disaster. Kitchenware was dirty. I would give this place negative stars out of 5. "
