"The area around the apartment is great for food and entertainment! The place was pretty clean, however, there were only two half rolls of TP for four of us for the week. I asked for more and was told basically to ‘go buy some’ The furniture is cute, but very low and not comfortable, no throw blankets. The bedding is for one temperature… cold, and the AC turns itself off after a couple of hours, so the very heavy bedding was stifling when the temps outside got hot. I asked for lighter bedding...

"Room was great… but finding the location and check in process was a complete nightmare. I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong. The reception desk...
