"Kind of odd check in. There are two round bar top tables in the restaurant that serves as check in and check out of the hotel. I didn’t notice them when we arrived and asked a server in the restaurant where the lobby was for check in and they directed me to the woman at the bar top table. Parking garage just down the street. Great walkable location. Safe. Clean. Great guys working the bar (not many food options). "

"Would have given 5 stars but checked in went to room and it wasn’t made up, looked a right mess. Went back to reception to tell them and fair do’s immediate apology and free upgrade to a superior room Restaurant is closed mid week but the bar food is excellent with a good choice "

"A real hidden Gem for accommodation. Being able to park below the hotel in Lisburn Square and having a lift up to the hotel reception was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very nice, modern and well laid out. The rooms have a modern feel to them too. I didn’t eat dinner here because the reviews were either great or poor and no in between but I did eat breakfast and it was fine. Two things I would say though was I didn’t get my alarm call and secondly the bed in 104 feels like it has sunk. I...

"We had some problems getting our code to check in, resolved fairly quickly. Room was very small but the bed was super comfy. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Would stay again The stay was good. 4/5"

"We loved this place and the people working there! They were helpful with every need including giving us a ride to the train station in the morning as we didn’t have a car. We were sad to see the pub was closed a few weeks prior to our stay as we were relying on that for food but we made due and hope one day it’s up and running again and we can see this place for all it’s worth as we heard nothing but praises from the locals about the pub! All in all I would totally come back (with a car perhaps)...
