I was very disappointed because I did purposely book a hotel with a pool because it was in the mid to high 80s and we were not able to go in the pool. Although you could take a shuttle to a sister hotel, it was inconvenient. When I politely asked for some compensation for that, just to comp my bar bill, which had two drinks on it, I was told a manager would call me and I never heard...

"We really did like this property with one exception. First I will say the facility was very clean, pet friendly, appears to be newly remodeled, fresh and modern! And no traffic noise inside the building!!even though it is right off the expressway. Easy access to anywhere. On one end of a small shopping plaza with a super grocery store where you can get sandwhiches drinks food for your big family without spending a lot if money out at a restaurant including all supplies. "Our stay was great. Our only issue was that housekeeping services didn't start till 9am which meant that we didn't have access to towels and kitchen accessories, etc.till 9:00 am which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!"
