"A spacious and clean private villa with a huge bathroom and closet. Could have used another place to sit in the room since the "couch" was more like a deep daybed without a mattress. We loved everything and this would have been a 5-star review but we arranged for transport for us and our luggage down to the harbor when checking out and that transport did not come, causing us to have no time to grab breakfast at a cafe before our ferry came."

"Great location and suited our needs. Private pool area to keep away from the crowds. Close walk to beach and other facilities on Catseye beach. Only down side was nowhere to hang clothes and no one came to fix it. No Wifi but advertised, would not connect no matter what we tried"

"Likes: golf buggy very good, property was very quiet, great views, kettle and fans and air conditioners and lights all worked, property was clean on the inside. Dislikes: top floor balcony plus awning need guernying to remove dirt and mould, top balcony chair cushions need cleaning of bird poo, carpets need proper cleaning to remove stains, floor tiles in kitchen all chipped, no hand towel in kitchen (there is a tea towel), lounge area rug needs a good vacuum clean, overhead fans need cleaning...

"No screen on the louvers in main bedroom..mould in shower..dirty through out..no tea or coffee available.....no coffee machine....human skin left on the couch plus lolly papers behind pillows....sheets in second bedroom not clean properly ie mascara left on pillow case...hot plates no knob but the view was to die for...Customer service in Sydney was very understanding with complaint...Plus new tenants in another apartment advised that their apartment dirty as well."

"Stayed in 1306. The view was amazing, one of the highest properties on the island. The place was lovely and cool, 2 air-conditioners and tiled. King bed with soft sheets, whole apartment was well equipped. There is a coffee shop down stairs and it has a small shop for essentials. Down side was there was no buggy, this was well communicated however we didn't understand how vital a buggy was to get around the island. There are busses but they are not reliable. "

"Our stay was from 3-8 May 2021. When we arrived, the cleaners were late, so we couldn’t check in at 2pm as promised. We were not informed until we arrived at the property that the room wouldn’t be ready for hours. We finally got in after 4:30pm. The next day, we returned from breakfast to find a man in our apartment - no warning, no calls to inform us. Apparently, he was the electrician there to turn off the spa bath as when it is used, it creates a power outage. Again, there was no sign, no...
