My only disappointments where the lack of a small fridge in the room, the sink is very narrow and close to the wall so when you wash your face it’s hard not to get water on yourself and the floor, and the hot water in the shower took forever to actually get warm enough. The bed was very comfortable, but I wish the curtains went all the way to the floor so the room stayed dark in the morning. Hotel was generally quiet and the staff was very friendly. "The hotel is in the midst of renovations. The outside is in need of repair, but the rooms and common areas are clean and updated. The deck could use some paint, etc., but the view is fabulous and the seating is comfortable. The pool was clean - hot tub was not working. Front desk staff was courteous and pleasant. Housekeeping staff was also very pleasant. Maintenance staff was hard at work cleaning and sprucing the property up. Honestly, we went expecting the worst based on so many negative...

"I was skeptical after booking and then reading the negative reviews that maybe we didn't make the right choice. To my surprise, the room was extremely clean up on arrival, absolutely no complaints about the room and it's comfort. Front staff was very pleasant. My only complaint was about the pool, which was quite chilly (I don't think it was heated). The pool light was broken and just hanging out the pool, still attached to the inside that left a hole in the pool, which kinda spooked us all out....

"Adorable inn located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a nice view overlooking the lake from the back porch behind the rooms. We stayed in a very clean and cozy updated room. Snacks and coffee are readily available throughout the day. The staff was warm and welcoming. Would definitely return if in the area again. "
