"The hotel was undergoing a renovation so half the rooms were closed. I got a brand new room and it was large, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Dylan at the front desk was so welcoming and attentive. He even called to ensure I had checked in and was enjoying the room. I will return for his sake. It is a pleasure being greeted by people who love their jobs. It was located a block away from the cutest shops, restaurants, and Mission Inn. Two blocks from Riverside Art Museum’s Cheech Marin...

"Our room 114 had a funky smell upon entering. It's a mixture of carpet deodorant and something unclean. They should reclean the carpets in room 114. The overhead light (like a street light) on the left side parking lot is burned out. And there does not seem to be any cameras. People can break into cars and no one would know. Seems unreasonable if the hotel is charging $22 per night for parking. "
