"This condo was gorgeous! It's perfect for a couple and just as great if you have kids! Everything was clean, there is a big tv in the living room and one in each bedroom. The fireplace ads a romantic touch and the balcony is great to barbeque or just chill on. The view on the balcony is of the pool and Jacuzzi which are both clean and a nice treat. Boulder bay is walking distance for fishing or a picnic. The location is perfect! I called the host, (Mario), the day we arrived. Very nice...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in four different units at Snow Summitt Townhomes and this was THE WORST, MOST DISGUSTING AND DIRTY UNIT WE HAVE EVER HAD. Dishes were dirty, cobwebs in the rafters, terrible small kitchen with few appliances and what they had was 30 years old and disgusting....

"The townhouse was clean and comfortable, and walking distance from snow summit, which was exactly what we were looking for. A couple notes I’d suggest to add to arrival instructions to make it easier on the guests… when you arrive the GPS will likely lead you the exit of the Snow Summit parking lot which has a sign saying Do Not Enter. When I saw this I made a left to go down the one available street which leads you to the entrance of the parking lot, which then I had to wait with all the other...
