Pretty pathetic especially when you advertise you have one. We went up to the room to get warm and use the shower and that took 15 minutes to get hot water to gje rooms"

"The whole atmosphere and thematic of the place is amazing! If you’re into retro-futuristic this is your place no doubt. Staff is kind and helpful especially lady at the front desk in the morning(couldn’t get her name, curly hair) she’s is one of a kind. Location is really good as well since you can walk to Snow Summit or The Village if you feel like driving. Really satisfied with price-value at Big Bear."
