"Staff very friendly, great location to the main railway station, bed comfy, shower very good. Unique hotel inside. Room is basic, no television or kettle etc. Marks/damage on the walls of the room. It was ideal for me and I would stay in this hotel again as I was only using it as a base to sleep, but if you want a bit more luxury/home comforts this isnt the hotel for you. "

"This hotel was across the river from the cruise port in Rotterdam. It was a short walk over the bridge to the port. The rooms are nice, super clean, and the restaurant was great. I highly recommend."

Hospitable and warm, it is clean quiet and centrally located in walking distance to everything! The smell of fresh baked croissants in the morning and their lovely breakfast are the way each day starts in this pleasant hotel. Excellent value!"

"The place is near the tram. The room is huge and there’s kitchen with microwave and water boiler and even a coffee maker. Will stay again next time in different cities. We tried the one in Amsterdam too and it was equally great! "

"This is a great place to stay for business. Breakfast is good and dinner of you want it. Rooms are a good size with plenty of desk space. "

"Lovely helpful staff. You get exactly what you order, a room with a bed. A basic room with no extras like tea/coffee making equipment. However the bed was very comfortable and the new shower room with powerful shower was top notch. Good for a stopover or 48-hour stay but wouldn’t book a longer break around it."

"The usual is a new, fun property and we enjoyed staying there. There are a few things they can improve. They didn’t communicate that they do not clean the rooms unless requested, which is odd. We weren’t told anything, then were told it was every other day, then were told we had to ask. In addition, the room can use more lighting - it was quite dark and we had to use the flashlight on our phones to see in some places. I stayed there with my 2 teenaged children, so knowing that it is an open...

"The property's proximity to Efteling is great! Perfect to spend a day at the park then unwind at the hotel's various lounges and restaurants with excellent staff! It's easy to get to and from Hotel de Kroon and the GuestHouse hotel. Overall we had a great stay!"
