"Interesting self check-in and door controls via app. Great for the tech savvy, but I can imagine some older folks might need some help. Our cozy room was compact but sufficiently spacious for 2 adults with a little creative arrangement of 2 large luggages. Only thing that it didn't have was a fridge in the room. There was a fridge in the common area that I think can be used though. We love that the place was modern, clean, centrally located and even had a free game room, coffee and fruits."

"We arrived and needed to find a hotel unexpectedly. We walked over to this hotel and were pleasantly surprised at how friendly and accommodating they were. The room was very clean, tho small it was perfect for our visit. "

Would have given a 5 star had we been informed that the room we rented was a top floor room with a very low sloping ceiling above the bed which meant you had to bend over and duck to avoid hitting your head. Hard to remember when getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Sorry for the detail but thought you might want to know. "

"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches. "
