"David was excellent when checking us in. He was helpful with the car parking and other questions. The last morning of our stay we discovered that the elevator was out of service. He quickly and graciously helped us with heavy bags in spite of everything going on. Great location. "

"The Rhonexpress Tram from the airport stops right at the front door. The Metro and SNCFstation are behind it. So transportation in and out was a breeze. Very comfy beds. Great breakfast. Lovely shower."

"The room was very spacious and had excellent air conditioning. The shower was appropriate sized (vs those tiny tube sized showers in most of Europe). We did not hear others around us and slept well. We took advantage of the valet parking and truly appreciated that. We were able to easily walk and venture into Lyon from the location and felt very safe in our surroundings. The pillows were incredibly flat so I recommend asking for more. Easy fix"

"Very good location when arriving by train. Bit far from old town, but public trasportation works well. Rooms bit dated, but comfortable bed and airconditioning worked well on a hot day. "
