"This hotel has a great location for us visiting family. It is in a quiet countryside area yet easy assess to the surrounding road systems. "

Shortage of breakfast items with staff not replenishing them. Had to get a chair for my table. Check out was worse, six people waiting to check out with only one member of staff at the desk who was on the phone for over 5 minutes while people were waiting to settle their bills.
