"My check-in didn't happen. I was told there were no available rooms and sent to another (substandard) hotel. Next days I was told my six-day reservation didn't exist. Found later. Management was approved by email a few times for compensation for this kind of treatment but didn't even bother to reply. The hotel itself had many issues... "

"This is a nice hotel close to all the main sightseeing points and tourist attractions, also very close to a lot of great restaurants and Old City. We prefer rooms with antique style and it was the only place we could find. Hotel's staff was super-sweet, we want to especially mention Tahir who was so helpful and nice, helped us with everything and took a great care of all guests. Thanks a lot, we enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was extremely well located right on Nizami street which is what we wanted for this leg of our trip. There was a little noise from the street at night but we knew about this before booking and wanted to be right at the heart of things before we flew back home. The shower would run hot then extremely cold which was the only minus about the hotel! "

"Lovely hotel on the outskirts of town but easy walk to Bakmil metro station (although trains there are limited). Nice very spacious room, with seating area. Excellent gym. Superb breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff, especially hotel manager, restaurant manager, restaurant waiter & girls cooking omelettes. Sadly some hotel guests were less than pleasant & we saw too many people handle the food at breakfast & then return it. The shower is lovely & huge but needs a thermostat as it goes between...
