"Hotel was Very close in proximity to the Pyramids and Sphinx. They serve buffet breakfast with the same menu every day but it’s ok. Servers were very nice. Watermelon was delicious. They picked up us from the airport in Cairo (1 hour ride to Giza). Just find a different tour if you can. Theirs is expensive. We paid $280 for a room upgrade (view of two pyramids and Spinx), pyramid tour for 2 with inner chamber, 15 minutes camel ride (2 people $25 each), Egypt museum and Civilization museum. ...

"This is a large compound just a short drive to the pyramids. It is very safe and secure and has a feel as a retreat. It would be good for groups, workshops, teams or large families. The pool is nice. Area and rooms have a lot of mosquitoes. Breakfast buffet is mediocre and evening buffet is expensive. Room service meals are reasonable. Room needs more outlets or extension cords. I had to move TV to plug in laptop. Really stingy on coffee. I got 1 coffee, 1 tea bag, and at least 15 sugars....

" was everything okay? Not acceptable was water problem no water cold hot water is very very hot. What was nice cleaning was okay my room is balcony door was broke. I asked many times. Repair it but not taking any serious. Ask hot cold water. Repair it now taking the scene. No we need to be the customer service rubbish and they charge me more money than was agreed 95."

"The first room we entered wasnt what we expected so we went down to the desk and the staff manager Mohamed immediately helped us update our room to a much nicer one with a beautiful view on the river of Nile. The service was exceptional from all the staff during my stay there. And the food (tho sometimes expensive considering its egypt) was delicious. The only downsides we saw was the first rooms toilet, the cold pool, and that you have to pay a specific sum to eat at the terrace restaurant...
