"Room was spacious, very quiet & well laid out. Check in was fine - efficient. Had dinner in the restaurant, good portion size & extremely friendly & pleasant waitress - I didn’t get her name but she was so nice! "

"Great room, clean and quiet. Just be aware that their is no wall for the shower. Breakfast is expensive (but everything is expensive at Zürich) location was not the best, need to use the tram for transportation, it’s about 25 min away from main attractions. Never felt unsafe. "

"We didn't have breakfast. If you are in a comfortable room you do not get a kettle or a safe although the staff did say we could use the coffee machine in the lobby and lockers by reception. Nice spa area though the hot tub was out of use. "
