"The hotel is small with lots of Character. Very warm welcome and staff very friendly and accommodating. Our room was bright, spacious and bed comfy. We spent two nights and had dinner and breakfast , both very good. Amazing view over the sea and bay. If I came back this way again would definitely stay at the Beach House again."

"The property is a beautiful historic home with fun trap doors and hiding places from the original owner's tea smuggling days. It has a wonderful open living and dining area with an expansive view of the town of Eyemouth. We had easy access to restaurants in town (we watched the fresh fish delivered daily), scenic hiking trails and the golf course on the hill behind the house. "A nice clean warm room well maintained local rum and cake in the room. Excellent food served in a very friendly atmosphere even due to COVID the place was busy. Our 3rd stay here but will not be the last. "
