"Check in was very slow. This resort is old. It was raining on the day we checked in. The roof in the reception was leaking ever where. It was so bad that we keep on having to move around so we don't get wet. Ads is very misleading. We booked 2 villas which has 3 rooms each with pool but it's not really a villa. It was 3 separate rooms in the same area. Its does NOT have an indoor living area or kitchen or common area. "

"We booked for 2 nights but had to forgo our second night due to the room being full of mosquitos, the floor being dirty, the shower floor was absolutely disgusting and the curtains had this strange orange stain on them. The beach was absolutely disgusting with trash floating every as well as the pools next to the villa had broken edges that were cracked and uneven. When we were leaving we had someone come help us with our luggage and take us to the front desk but upon the staff member's arrival...
