"The guest checkin service was uninviting and poorly managed. No directions to your room or porter service. Similarly, trying to book a late checkout or drinks that are not included in the all inclusive package, was frustrating. The staff were under trained or very new and had no idea what to do, and there never seemed to be a supervisor around to help with guest queries.
