"This may be the nicest hotel on our trip. Not far (5 blocks) from the train station, and just down the street from the gondola to Mount Blanc. Everything was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was really friendly and accomodating. The pool is not a swimming pool or spa really, but it is still really relaxing and refreshing."

"My wife and I loved the location, it was fantastic. We were on the ground level and the ability to interact with the locals was great. The facility was very nice and the pool and sauna was very nice. It is both secluded as well as very walkable to all points in Chamonix. Parking is a valued part of the reservation. "We loved our stay. Excellent clean apartment. Staff were so friendly and informative. Always smiling and happy to help. Apartment was well equipped. Local travel passes were very useful and they also has a discount rates for the local spa. Some of the lower level apartments don't have the view or door to step outside. Which is a down side as been so close to the beautiful scenery and not able to see while having a coffee etc. We did lots of hikes, went up the lifts to see Mont blanc and...

"Splendid resort. However, the personnel (from the receptionists to the waitresses in the restaurant) overloaded and not very careful in keeping the standard that the level of the hotel requires. Quite upsetting to see people showing up for breakfast and (especially) for dinner in ropes and sleepers, serving themselves by touching food rather than following the required healthy standard using the correct cutlery. The maitre is supposed to monitor more closely what is going on the room. "

However Google map is having difficulty acceasing the address of the aparthotel. ***Googling the Hotel Name will point you to the right location.*** The hotel and apartment are modern and well equipped. "The location can’t be beat and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had great views from our room, which had plenty of closet and drawer space. The bed and pillows in our room 108 need to be replaced. Finally, as with most places in Northern Italy the hotel has no AC and the road noise was too much to keep the window open at night making the room stuffy and warm at night. "
