"Hotel was hard to find at first and it kind of resembles a motel on the outside BUT they remodeled it beautifully. Staff was AMAZING! Literally so nice, so attentive. Customer service was a 10/10. But I have three complaints. First, I would put the ac on 60 but it never went past 68 and seemed like it didn’t work at night; it would get extremely hot during the night and I have to be cold to sleep. "The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating! From the moment I rushed in needing to make a filing deadline to the moment I checked out, the service was impeccable. The food options were good, but I would suggest opening the pool bar/restaurant before 11. Went over Memorial Day weekend and it’s the battle of the fittest to get a good spot by the pool so you have to be out early. If cabanas could be added that would be fantastic. Otherwise, we have no complaints. Loved it. Will be back. "

Room was beautiful, resort very clean, amazing spa/massage, fantastic dinner at Litchfield's, great breakfasts at Wigwam Grill, and overall exceptional & friendly service by all the staff: Patricia/Crystal (Massage), Mildred (Litchfield's), Jack (Poolside service), Matt (In-room dining) & Cassie/Delilah (Wigwam Grill).
