"We had to wait 50 mins in line to check in and only got our room at 5pm. Later we found out that the next day is a public holiday (Yang di-Pertuan Agong's birthday Holiday) which could be why the hotel was overwhelmed with local tourists and were short handed. Rooms were quite huge. Breakfast spread was quite good and the roti canai was one of the best hotel live stations that I’ve had! They had a wide variety of breads too. "Good location, walking distance to KSL mall and good eateries around. 15 mins to Midvalley mall and JB sentral too. Buffet breakfast is average. Front desk service is good. Room is very spacious too"

"So far this is is like my 4-6 stay here and it always give me the perfect vibes and peaceful stay for me. Loving everything during my stay and staff is very kind too! If you are looking to have a quiet and less chaotic place to stay,this is the perfect place for you. And it’s very near to the checkpoint too which is super convenient "

"Spacious n clean. But amenities within room some not in working condition. If only hotel ensure n see to it that better daily amenities maintenence are done. Especially good TV reception n bath necessities. Furniture decor definitely need a makeover asap. They are too old. Overall acceptable for a short stay. Plus point it's very near KSL. "

"Eco friendly with a water dispenser provided in the room but very noisy in the middle of the night when the dispenser automatically run to maintain its temperature. May consider a common dispenser provided outside common corridor and each room with recycle water bottles. Thank you "

"A great choice for a short stay in Desaru. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with large bathrooms and balconies. Pool and beach areas are beautiful and relaxing. Good variety of food at breakfast, service in the restaurants and bars was friendly but often rather slow. Limited dining options on site and not much else in the area other than a few other hotels and the golf course."

"We spent two nights staying with my pals. The villas are worth staying in, with a nice environment and immaculate rooms. We had a great time. However, there isn't a tiny grocery in the resort, making it tough to purchase necessities. If we bring everything from home, the villas will be quite enjoyable. overall satisfactory to stay. "

"Love the marina and the green surrounding, feels so close to nature. With comfy and super clean room, nothing more I expect beside to have a very pleasant stay after a long tired working day."

"The room keen to refurbish. Air conditioning unable to control the temperature due to broken controller. No disposable toothbrush available in the shower room. Shower room’s water temperature is not warm enough. "

"Location was near the Singapore border. It is right by a mall. Everything I needed (grocery store, restaurants) was around me. Convenient location. Property is big, clean. What would have been made the place nicer..... nicer shower gel and better internet. The internet was intermittent, non existent in some rooms. The staff were quick to respond to questions and helpful. Overall good property and would stay again if in the area. "
