"I booked because I had an early flight and in contrast with other hotels around this one has an indoor pool, however, the pool was full of children in a class so not a lot of chance to relaxed quietly there. I also had to work and decided to bring my laptop to the restaurant, which at that moment was crowded with a Scottish wedding (pipes and all). "One night stop over in a large spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Huge comfortable bed was just what was needed before the big push to the south after our trip to Moray. Perfect location for visiting the Kelpies and Waterwheel "

"One cannot ask for a better guest experience. The hospitality staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel rooms badly need a refresh. The beds are worn as you can feel the springs under you. The closet doors are off the rails. The heater does not work "

"Recently refurbished hotel offering an elevated stay in Kirkcaldy. The hotel has a more country feel, but is on major bus routes if you want to leave the car behind. Hotel seemed busy which is always a good sign, food and drinks were of good quality. My only gripe was there was a lot of audible door slamming in the morning, which might annoy some. I guess the fire doors need to be where they are, but they are noisy. Overall though a decent place to stay in Kirkcaldy."

"A nice stay but rooms look very tired, desk was looking so marked. Beds comfortable and the bathroom nice and big. It needs the lounge bar area updating, just felt like it needed freshening up. Breakfast was very good as was the Dinner at night. We enjoyed our 2 night's stay. "

"Check in was great really friendly staff. Room was spacious, bed comfy but fab in bathroom ran continuously which was loud and annoying. Dinner was delicious but ambience in Tower restaurant was not the best. Breakfast was not great and staff attention to detail was poor. Overall a good stay would stay here again but would not pay for breakfast at £24pp which was certainly well over priced! "

"We stayed in one of the lodges which was superb. Clean, with quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and a two minute stroll to the amenities. Beautiful, well kept grounds and pleasant, helpful staff made this a fantastic stay. Although we only stayed for the one night, we were so impressed we are now intending to book one of the lodges for several nights next time. I should also mention that the surrounding countryside is stunning and there is plenty to do and see for all ages."

"Although our De-lux room was a bit dark and unwelcoming; it was well appointed and adjacent to residents seaview lounge area. However; top marks to both Expedia & Bay Hotel for their speedy and very reasonable consideration ie refund- due to health issue resulting in early return home."
