The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel was in a great location with comfortable rooms.

This is, indeed, a grand hotel. A most comfortable stay, right in the heart of the old town. Wonderful and helpful staff helped guide me to parking in the pedestrian area. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning during a warm stay. 10/10 would recommend. Check out the rooftop panorama!

We loved the room, the bed, the amenities and the breakfast at this hotel. We had trouble finding it, but once we did it was fine. It's at the far edge of a very large shopping complex; nothing charming about the neighborhood. But the hotel itself is excellent.

Very nice convenient location near train station and downtown . Located in a complex of vintage buildings with interior courtyard for parking ( euro 15 per day). Very clean nicely decorated rooms, typical European breakfast service. Polite staff
