"The room was clean but the carpet was stained and old. Convenient for the airport and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was really good."
"The location is a bit hidden but the room was very comfortable, within walking distance (15-20 min) from train station and the pier area as well as other things to see. They had a really nice breakfast as well. Would definitely stay here again if our travels return us here."
"The property was well maintained and beautiful. The staff was very helpful especially the baggage person. Their Breakfast was also very good. Overall, I would give the DoubleTree a 10 out of 10."
"Fabulous location in downtown Trieste. Very close to the cruise port from where we disembarked. Beautiful old restored building with all the modern conveniences that would be expected. Staff were so very helpful with arranging taxis, storing luggage and suggesting wonderful restaurants close by. Beautiful European breakfast was an additional bonus."
"Excelente ubicación, limpieza, la habitación cómoda, el personal muy amable y eficiente.
Al salir de madrugada nos ayudaron con el traslado al aeropuerto a las 3:00 am y nos tenían preparados box lunch y café que nos reinició la vida 😅
Muy recomendable"

My wife and i literally couldn't hear each other talk in the room. I had to ask to move rooms, which was at 10pm, and they begrudgingly moved us to another part of the hotel (we were in an apartment type unit) which they said was a more expensive hotel room, but didn't charge us. They would not adjust the AC either, the...
"The property was well maintained and clean. The staff was eager to help in anyway. They called taxi’s for us they also recommended places to eat. The food at the Hotel was good, not great, but good. I would definitely stay there again."
"Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Then you enter the suites on the top floor. The room we stayed in was spacious. Large bedroom, living room,...
